-
We recommend starting by setting up the programme(s) you’re working. Then head to the Actions screen and tap Plan to create your weekly recovery routine. After this quick 2-minute setup, you’re good to go — you’re free to explore the app and focus on your recovery rather than planning your day!
-
Go to the Settings icon > Programmes and hit the Add button. Enter your programme - you can name it however you like, add your sobriety date, and also the time and money you were spending at the height of your addiction (either on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis).
Add as many fellowships as you need — just remember to hit Save.
-
Your programmes appear in the drop-down menu on the Home screen. Select any fellowship to view and update your actions and progress.
-
Go to the Actions tab and tap Plan. You can add the programme actions suggested to you by your Sponsor. With over a dozen categories, from amends, daily inventory, meetings, step work, to other, and the ability to add notes, you’ll find a category for all your programme actions.
Set the day, time (or all-day), add notes, meeting links, and colour-code your actions by type or fellowship.
-
Once set, your schedule auto-populates your daily to-do list for your current day. As you complete actions, they’re automatically logged and tracked.
Your daily actions are shown as a donut-style progress ring, visible both on the Home and Actions screens for quick access.
On the Insights screen, your action completion rates are measured against your weekly plan — giving you a clear, honest view of how you’re doing vs. your suggested programme actions.
-
When you complete a resource like a meditation or inventory, it automatically updates your daily action log — no need to track it manually.
-
Use Check-In to log your emotional state, significant life events, and how connected you feel to your programme or Higher Power.
-
Check-ins appear in the Insights tab, where you can see patterns across emotions, actions, connectedness, and life events.
-
Insights are generated from your logged actions and check-ins. You can view summaries over 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days to spot trends and stay grounded in reality — without beating yourself up.
-
You can share gratitude lists, inventories, and daily summaries with one click — via WhatsApp, Signal, email, or any messaging platform you prefer.
-
Yes — the Insights screen lets you generate a summary of your actions, check-ins, life events, and connectedness over a chosen time range, and share it in one tap.
-
Scroll to the bottom of any drop-down menu and tap Edit. You’ll see checkboxes next to each item — just select what you want to keep and deselect what you don’t. Hit Save to update your view.
